• A description of the issue you're experiencing
• Preferred day or time for the visit (optional)

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as is standard for any website.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you to confirm and schedule your repair visit
• Prepare for the visit by understanding the issue beforehand
• Respond to questions you send us
• Keep basic records of past bookings for our own reference

We do not use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. How we store your information

Booking information is stored securely using Supabase, a database provider that encrypts data in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Tech Doc Manila. We do not share your booking details with any third party except as described in this policy or as required by law.

We keep booking records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and maintain basic business records. You may request that we delete your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.
